Hi, I’m Julia. I’ve lived in Bristol for 20 years. I’m married, have 2 teenage girls & work part time. I’ve previously volunteered for Homestart - supporting struggling families with young children and I’m currently part of the parent fundraising team at my daughters secondary school. I enjoy going for walks, meeting friends for coffee, swimming and the odd exercise class, browsing the charity shops, watching a film at the cinema and trying new places. I’m easy going, with a caring nature and can offer practical help as well as a listening ear. I’ve had experience of helping elderly relatives (my grandma marked her 100th birthday just last year), supporting families & mentoring young adults.

I am currently a student studying criminology at the University of Bristol, however I grew up in Cambridge. I have always been told I am an old soul and love speaking to new people and learning new things. I pride myself on being a warm person and making people laugh. I am a massive animal lover after always growing up with dogs and cats and other animals along the way.
